Brian Green is a real estate developer in Saratoga, New York.  He got his start in business at 22 when he opened his first Verizon retail store.  After growing his portfolio of stores to about two dozen, he sold and pivoted into real estate.

Brian now operates Green Springs Capital Group with his brother.  Together, they own over 100 units.  Brian focuses on purchasing mid-sized multi-family units, redeveloping, and refinancing them.
