Episode Details

Woke up today - and my first thought was all dealing with gratitude.  I have been telling myself a lot lately that this is what I want my first thought to be (after making sure my alarm is off) & usually it's a bit later that I start thinking about this term.  Well today was different... and after I got showered up I knew the shirt I was going to wear today, "Choose Kindness" is on the front of it.  Then I got to riding into work & listening to my podcasts... Mitch Albom & his friend / producer, Lisa Goich on the "Tuesday People" Podcast.  Also, Sam Crowley - a regular Co-pilot of mine.  Both of them got me thinking about being more kind.  Both to myself and to others. That's where this message is coming from today.
