There were wins and losses among the GOP- endorsed candidates. What effect did the negative mailers have on the outcome of the County Commissioners primary race? Voters made Mike Kuhn the top vote-getter by almost 3,000 votes, despite being the focus of those negative mail pieces sent out by the Lebanon County Republican Committee.
