Mark Goulston, a renowned executive coach, advisor, confidante to founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs and a jury consultant for the OJ Simpson trial for the prosecution, whose lifelong mission is to heal the world, one conversation at a time.   Mark is the inventor of Surgical Empathy, a process that unlocks and frees people from attachments to dysfunctional mindsets that lead to counterproductive and often destructive behavior, which he used for more than twenty-five years as a psychiatrist specializing in suicide prevention and during which time, none of his patients died by suicide.

On top of being the creator of Design Thinking Leadership, Design Thinking Suicide Prevention, Design Thinking Culture Transformation, Design Thinking Conflict Resolution, he is also a former FBI and police hostage negotiator trainer and was a UCLA professor of psychiatry for more than twenty years.
