The folks behind Verge Brewing have been working their butts off for literally years to get their doors open, and are finally getting close. Things have been hard. Throw a global pandemic into the mix of normal difficulties that a brewery comes across, and it’s a recipe for trouble. They aren’t slowing down, though, and they certainly aren’t stopping. Things are closer than ever, and that means that it’s a great time to sit down for an episode of The Brewcast.
