Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky has been on a lightning tour of western capitals, securing almost three billion dollars’ worth of weapons from Germany and promises of dozens of light tanks and armored vehicles from France. Today, Zelensky landed in England, meeting Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, in the wake of Britain arming Kyiv with long-range cruise missiles.
