He has been the principal in ground-up development projects spanning 157 acres. His acute business expertise developed over a 30+year career in high tech as business owner, entrepreneur, executive, program manager, and engineer. Main Points:
- Started in small multifamily, then discovered syndication
- Overcame three critical limiting beliefs: (1) I have to invest locally (2) I have to go it alone and (3) real estate returns are similar in all markets
