Matthew 5:5

Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. 

WE WILL EVENTUALLY BECOME WHAT WE CONSTANTLY BEHOLD AND ADMIRE. MOSES CONSTANTLY BEHELD GOD AND HE WAS CHANGED INTO HIS LIKENESS.

When the love of Christ enters the heart we strive to imitate the character of Christ.... The more we study the life of Christ with a heart to learn, the more Christlike we become.  – {Our Father Cares p. 124.1}

2 Corinthians 3:18

But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

Hebrews 11:24-27

By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;25Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; 26Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward. 27By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.

Colossians 3:1-2

If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 

MOSES KEPT HIS MIND FOCUSED ON THINGS ABOVE, SO MUCH THAT WORLDLY ENTERTAINMENT THAT WAS  INDULGED IN, BY HIS BROTHER AARON AND FELLOW ISRAELITES ANNOYED HIM RATHER THAN ATTRACT HIM, SO MUCH THAT IN RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION HE BROKE THE TABLES OF THE COMMANDMENTS. ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN WITH GOD WILL ABHOR ENTERTAINMENT THAT IS INSPIRED BY THE EVIL ONE. WE ARE TO BE CAREFUL OF ENTERTAINMENT THAT CORRUPT THE SOUL AND DIVINE MORAL PRINCIPLES.

1 Corinthians 10:21

Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.

YOU CANNOT BE ON YOUR WAY HEAVEN AND YET BE ENTERTAINED BY THOSE ON THEIR WAY TO HELL.

Exodus 32:6-7

And they rose up early on the morrow, and offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up to play. 7¶And the LORD said unto Moses, Go, get thee down; for thy people, which thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves

Exodus 32:19

And it came to pass, as soon as he came nigh unto the camp, that he saw the calf, and the dancing: and Moses' anger waxed hot, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and brake them beneath the mount.

Psalm 101:3

I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me. 

Those who would have that wisdom which is from God must become fools in the sinful knowledge of this age, in order to be wise. They should shut their eyes, that they may see and learn no evil. They should close their ears, lest they hear that which is evil and obtain that knowledge which would stain their purity of thoughts and acts. And they should guard their tongues, lest they utter corrupt communications and guile be found in their mouths. – {Adventist Home p. 404.1}

IT IS A PITY THAT BOTH YOUNG AND OLD THROUGH MEDIA ARLEARNING TO DO EVIL THROUGH WHAT THEY SEE IN THE NAME OF ENTERTAINMENT VIOLENCE, WITCHCRAFT, DRUGS AND SEXUAL PERVERSIONS ARE BEING TAUGHT EVEN IN CHILDREN’S CARTOONS. 

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
