There can be only one, I guess? My thoughts on Samurai Shodown for the arcades, the only versus fighting arcade game that made me want to get good at them. I discuss the game itself, historical parallels, and a 1980s TV miniseries that had only a tangential relationship to punk samurais killing one another.
