Emily Petrelli and her husband Daniel Greenwood left busy, stressful jobs to open Restaurant St Lawrence four years ago. They structured the hours and the menu to suit and did almost all the jobs themselves. They pivoted hard through the pandemic then saw cost of living pressures bite their customers and their restaurant costs. The final straw?
