Tory Lanez ’s request for a new trial was denied on Tuesday by Judge David Herriford. While most of the media will say that Tory was found guilty of "shooting" Megan Thee Stallion that is simply not true.
Tory was charge and found guilty for assault with a semi-automatic firearm, possession of a concealed, unregistered firearm, and negligent discharge of a firearm.
Assault with a firearm could mean pointing a gun at someone, or even firing in the air. It does not mean that he shot Megan.
