Tips as you prepare for DP Nationals

It is so important for you the athlete, to get recruiting done prior to starting the meet. Email the college coaches on your list by Sunday and let them know the day and time you compete. Also, post a headshot on Instagram or put a headshot in your email. You want them to be able to find you quickly when you are competing. So the #1 item is to stop thinking about recruiting after you send off the last email to college coaches. Take next week for you! Go into Nationals with a plan and execute the plan. Make no excuses and remember the importance of one event at a time.
