In this episode of 5 mins with coach Myrna I want to talk about sex! 
My grandmother taught me if you give away the cow, then there is no reason to purchase the milk.  What that means if women practice casual sex, there is no reason for a man to marry you. 
So, in this 5 min segment, I talk about why casual sex is not something women should participate in. I reference the Fresh and Fit Podcast tribute to Kevin Samuels where men talked about how they feel about women who have casual sex.
