Typically, whenever someone releases some offering or creation, we talk about it in a very stimulated and excited way. Rarely do we talk about how it can overwhelm the body, or how easy it is to burn ourselves out, despite going through a positive experience.

Asha shares how she was in a freeze response for six months after her first book was published, and how she brought that experience and awareness to the release of her oracle deck.
