The Many Uses Of Chamomile For Kids; Beyond 'The Sleepy Time Herb'
Description
Hey there, Mommas! Welcome to another episode of The Herbalist's Path! Today, we're talking all things chamomile. This herb is a total powerhouse and can be used in so many different ways besides just for calming the nervous system. Did you know that chamomile is great for digestive health and anxiety? It can ease stomach cramping, bloating, and even diarrhea. Chamomile is also an astringent and diaphoretic, which means it helps your body release heat through your pores and sweat. Plus, it's perfect for reducing smooth muscle spasming and cramping in your tummy. Chamomile can even be used for eye infections! Just whip up a fresh batch of chamomile tea, add some goldenseal and fennel, and gently wash over the eye with a compress a few times a day. So, grow it in your garden and start sipping on some tea, because chamomile is going to change your life, my friend!
