Today I highlighted the benefits of bringing active meditation into our busy chaotic daily lives. Adding a new ritual can increase self awareness, better understand and patience, be able to cope better with stressful situations.
You don’t have to be sat with your arms folded to meditate all we need to do it detach ourselves from the situation at hand, clear your mind and connect with spirit. Listen to your breathing and connecting with ground again.
Doesn’t have to be long durations just in times of overwhelm, upset, grief or anxiety
