141 | How to Let Go of Resistance When Decluttering

Hey Guys,

This episode will help you get out of your head when you are decluttering.  Remember the ABCs:

Awareness

Breathe

(stay) Conscious

Also remember that suffering is simply resistance to pain.  When you let go of the resistance to the imagined pain (in your mind) that will be caused by letting something go, you will actually be able to let it go.
