Amanda shares about her descent into and escape from an abusive relationship. She talks about how easy it is for us to lose a part of ourselves in any relationship (and especially so, when abuse is present), and reminds us of how important it is to tune into our bodies' intuitive wisdom around what does not feel good or right.

Amanda also provides guidance on how we can come to terms with our own trauma, no matter how severe, and find the courage within ourselves to heal and move forward.
