Many of you have heard or read the headlines that South Carolina has outlawed Chinese ownership of land. Well that is not exactly true. Today I examine the status of the proposed bill that could limit some ownership of property by persons of countries hostile to the United States. I also review the changes in the South Carolina Disclosure Form and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.  Lastly, another squatters case has occurred that needs further review.
