Cory Mortensen took the commercial real estate business degree he earned from Texas Tech and immediately got to work following graduation to learn as much about real estate as possible before launching his own investment platform, One-9 Holdings. Cory spent years learning appraisal, investment sales, transaction management, and sales in order to confidently handle the complicated industry of commercial real estate and investments. In just the last couple of years, Cory has personally sold over $13 million dollars in real estate, consulted on the placement of over $3 million dollars of private-client investments, partnered with developers, and raised $1.5 million dollars, netting his investors 100's of thousands of dollars in profit.
