The New England Patriots are in the market for a quarterback and Jameis Winston is a free agent that has yet to be signed: could they be a fit? Winston is definitely a wildcard; in 2019 he threw for over 5100 yards, 33 touchdowns and 30 interceptions. He also led the league in pass attempts, yards and interceptions.
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is on the trading block. The former MVP could be too costly for the New England Patriots who are now in the market for a new QB, but Newton definitely has some upside.
