The NFL has proposed a new onside kick rule where teams would have the option to try and convert on 4th-and-15 instead of attempting an onside kick. While it seems like the momentum is heading towards this rule change being adopted, Patriots cornerback Jason McCourty thinks it rewards losing teams.
