Here are some methods of coping with gender Dysphoria. It is just a start. But taking time out to slowly figure out how any arising issues are impacting in life and then slowly learning to cope with every aspect of it, this can be done. You can build up a tolerance and understanding to the thoughts and feelings that arise and eventually accept your authentic self. Just because society has not yet caught up and does not reflect all aspects of gender does not mean that anybody is “less than.” It’s hard to be part of a transcendence when society has not yet caught up. I always remind myself- YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU KNOW!
