In this solo episode I delve into embodiment. Why do we need more embodiment into our daily life. How can embodiment bring more bliss and vitality to our day. What can more embodiment bring to our lives that can boost our clarity, health and well-being. Well I take a leap into what embodiment means to me and how bringing more embodiment into our daily practices can offer more healing, peace and a deeper sense of wholeness. Being more present each day, brings with it more awareness and that brings with it clarity within our choices, which then can offer the  potential for so much more.
