The Hutch Trial, Sinéad O'Shea and an Embarrassment (literally) of Showbiz Stories
Description
This week Aoife Moore tells us about the conclusion of the Hutch trial and why Mary Lou McDonald was dragged into it, as well as more housing madness and a great news story about the continued success of Rhasidat Adeleke.
I chat to filmmaker Sinéad O'Shea about her new film Pray for Our Sinners which shines a light on Mary and Paddy Randles, a couple of doctors who brilliantly resisted the control of the church in Navan during the 60s and beyond.
Then... Aoife and I chat about the week's entertainment stories. If you listen you'll hear why - we really enjoyed it and hopefully you will too.
If you have thoughts, suggestions or concerns, please send a voice note to 0892096423. I love to hear your voice, and so do the other listeners via the monthly mailbag episode on Patreon. If you'd like to join the Patreon for a bonus episode every fortnight, simply click here.
