The Power of Entrepreneurial Practices in a Corporate Environment
You are no doubt leading at least some, if not many, Millennials… This generation is already at the upper end in their late 30’s and they are more entrepreneurially minded than any generation before them. What’s more is if your corporate environment restricts and restrains that entrepreneurial spirit, you are going to be losing your best people so fast you’ll get whiplash.
So, how do you find away to tap into these Millennial entrepreneurs and transform your business to become more agile in the most disruptive time we’ve seen.
Well stay tuned because our guest on this episode is Michael Glauser. Mike has extensive experience as not only an entrepreneur, but also a business consultant and university professor. He is the cofounder and chairman of My New Enterprise, an online training and development company for aspiring entrepreneurs. He's also the founder and former CEO of Golden Swirl Management Company and of Northern Lights. Professor Mike has consulted with hundreds of startup companies and large corporations in the areas of business strategy, organization effectiveness, and leadership development. His clients have included Associated Food Stores, The Boeing Company, Department of Workforce Services, Esso Syntek Global, and USANA Health Sciences to name but a few.
