Dr. Cortney Baker, started her adult journey as a single teenage mom. After hard work and perseverance, she earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Speech Pathology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
In 2003, Dr. Baker founded Kids Care Home Health, a pediatric home healthcare agency.
Today, she is the CEO and owner of the multi-million dollar nation-wide enterprise.
Dr. Baker went on to earn her doctoral degree from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership and devotes her time to inspiring and empowering women across the country to reach their greatest potential.
She’s a researcher, speaker, best-selling author, wife and mother of three.
