Description
Representation in the United States Congress is far from "republican", at least in how the founding generation defined it. I've been saying this for years, but now some progressives are starting to realize the problem, typically because it would benefit them to enlarge Congress, but this gives me some hope that we can have a better conversation on the question of "Is America Too Big?"
