Narayan Chetanram Chaudhary, and two others, were sentenced to death for the dacoity and murder of six members of a family and their domestic help. He spent 30 years in prison, out of which 25 were on the death row. But last month, he was released from jail after evidence showed that he was a juvenile at the time of the incident.
In this episode, Indian Express’ Apurva Vishwanath joins us to speak to Narayan about his time in prison, what led to his release, and what his case says about our justice system.
