In this episode, I interviewed Cindy Crace. Cindy is a yoga teacher, a yoga therapist, a friend, and she’s an alumni of Inner Peace Yoga Therapy. Cindy lives in Williamsburg, VA where she’s the director of Shanti Garudasana Yoga School and she also works as a yoga therapist at the College of William and Mary. Cindy spoke about the different facets of the work she does in the world as a yoga therapist (she’s multifaceted!) and the people that she serves.
