Episode Details

This week Marc  chats with former Ontario conservation officer turned hunting outfitter and educator Rob Argue.

Rob was a conservation officer for 20 years, owned an archery pro shop for 7 years, was the director of operations and outreach for the Quality Deer Management Association of Canada for 3.5 years and has been a guide and the owner of 2 hunting and fishing lodges for the past 12 years.

Rob has most recently started a company called New Outdoors.  Over the course of Rob's professional life, he observed many people wanting to try hunting or fishing but either they didn’t know where to begin or they had tried modestly and wanted to upgrade their knowledge and skills.

Rob's venture caters to the new outdoors enthusiast and aims at recruiting more educated hunters to the ranks.
