We do know it talks about weather Balloons for sure and says story.. so is that giving a COVER story? update So a new show by Ryan .. says its VICTIMS not VIEWING? so could be the line.. the viewing of the gathered bit connected to the disc (i worked out if watch) might be the victims of the crashed bit connected to the disc?
