Yes we all know that every parent has the whole guilt thing happening almost all the time. Its not lost on me that I'm not reinventing the wheel there. But I often use what I say into a mic to connect with other people so that I can self reflect, so that WE can self reflect together and eventually be better for it. So that's my little sappy way of saying that I love you guys for sticking around with me and hopefully this discussion of self guilt, wether you're a parent or not resonates with you. And reminds you that its time to give yourself a small break. Thanks for coming on this journey with me fam. #WeGotThis
