Two of three authors Carol M. Ford and Linda Groundwater joined HODGEPOD to talk about the early years of Bob Crane before he made it big on Hogan's Heroes from 1965-1971.
Carol and Linda discuss the 12 to 13 year journey to write this book as they interviewed 200 people, their attention to detail with research.
Crane had a start in radio which is like anything anyone could have experienced at the time.
Bob Crane was murdered on June 29, 1978 as his murder still remains unsolved in 2023. He was 49 at the time of his death.
