Understanding often corresponds to comprehension. Knowledge is often referred as information. Wisdom is how you apply what you know and it'll reveal whether you understand. Often times, mistakes can be avoided by using wisdom. This also includes the consequences of other peoples actions. You are able to hear the stories of someone who has already been through something. Maybe the plan worked.. maybe it didn't. But because you have knowledge of other people's stories and you can comprehend what happened and it's outcome you're able to also use wisdom if you're in a similar position.
