Sometimes in education, you need to make a quick pivot and let all the lesson plans for that day fly out the window. Today was one of those days. What my children needed was care and love and nurturing--not biomechanics or "PE" activities although I was able to use some movement to help calm them down after our opening discussion. Here's a quick share on the power of human-to-human interaction and taking care of each other.
