Syracuse women's lacrosse continues their undefeated run and for the alumni who came before it's a beautiful thing to witness.

On the latest episode of "The Orange Zone Podcast" Tommy Sladek and Samantha Croston take a trip back in time with their first ever guest from afar. A pioneer of the Orange women's lacrosse program, Trina Hable joins the show to discuss how far the program has come from it's inception in 1998 to now with the Orange looking like the best team in the nation by far.

The team then discusses where things stand with just three games left in the regular season and goes in depth on a couple of under-the-radar players who have been performing consistently well as the run continues.

The team also checks in on the men's lacrosse program as they hit the road for the final month of the season with an eye on earning a much needed win against a ranked foe.
