Description

Kirsty Miller, PhD, is a lecturer based in Scotland. After completing a PhD in social and clinical psychology, her interests turned to investigating the dangers of groupthink and ideological conformity within academia. She is committed to open enquiry in science, is a member of The Heterodox Academy, The Society for Open Inquiry in the Behavioural Sciences, and is working towards protecting psychology and academia from the excesses of critical social justice.  Today we talked about the manipulative language of Critical Social Justice, how universities capitulate to the demands of students instead of supporting evidence-based teaching, and how in-group/out-group dynamics have factored into historical and modern cultural movements. Dr. Miller is a contributing author of the new book, Critical Therapies, which you can find here: https://criticaltherapyantidote.org/new-book-2/ She recommends Critical Therapy Antidote for therapy professionals and for individuals seeking therapy resources for themselves or loved ones: https://criticaltherapyantidote.org/ Her website is: https://kirsty-miller.com/ and you can find her on Twitter @juscallmekirsty _____________________________________________________________________________________ If you would like to contact me, my website is: https://theradicalcenterconsulting.com/ and I have a substack account at: https://theradicalcenter.substack.com/ I am on twitter @JLeslieElliott If you wish to contribute to my legal fund, thank you!
