Description

When I was growing up, no meant no, that means that when my mom said no, it was an absolute NO. And there was no way of talking, you're into it. I mean, it was a powerful No. And I know you know what I mean? Sometimes parents are just that way. And then there's the other side. Some parents aren't that way. They're not really convinced that no is a no and you can talk him into it. You know how you handle a no in your own life? Whether you're able to tell yourself no or tell others No, has a lot to do with how you were raised. So think about what it is you experienced with the word know where you're going up. And then I'm sure that you can figure out how you handle it today. Most of us don't know how to handle the word no, because we don't like being told no. And we don't like telling ourselves no either. So let's think about that from a different perspective. Practice telling yourself no more often, and I promise it will literally help you be a better person. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
