Since the first time I came to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, I was filled with the deep and resounding energy of a capital Yes.  When I lived here for a decade, that YES got stronger, and I used to joke with my friends: "We LIVE here??"  To this day, that feeling has not changed - just like my ABSOLUTELY YES love for my partner.

In this episode, I do a deep dive in to some unusual stories that could have turned out differently had we not been in a yes state, and also share interesting insights in to the "energy of yes" from a German artist.  To translate and better understand the "precarious" nature of his work, I brought a German friend in, who is also a stylist, and has supported me in getting my wardrobe in to a  YES state.

This is a difficult time of year for many, and if you find yourself in a No state, I challenge you to take one little step each day to get closer to a lower case yes, then a capital Yes, and finally the all caps YES that will become a beacon of light for others.  Each of us must find what lights us up.  If you are still exploring what it is for you, i encourage you to reach out and learn morea bout the program i am offering with horses, art, nature and maybe a few dogs this spring.  You don't have to do it alone!
