Culture, Autonomy, Challenge, and Compensation. We took a test to evaluate three of the four and see how we are fairing at our jobs, and the numbers don't lie. Evaluating CACC is something we encourage everyone to do in their jobs, and as you will see, the reflection this exercise has generated is fascinating. This is one of the weirder eps we have done, so apologies if you are joining us for the first time. I swear we are usually not this spreadsheet oriented.
