Women in logistics are slowly but surely becoming more common, but in what is traditionally a male-dominated industry, leadership positions still have quite a gender gap. Kristy Knichel is one of the leading ladies of logistics, as the owner of Knichel Logistics and a noted voice in the intermodal and 3PL spaces - and supply chain overall. Kristy joins hosts Kevin Baxter and InTek President Shelli Austin as we close out Women's History Month to talk about her unique background, the growth of her woman-owned business, her experience as a woman in logistics, the importance of mentorship, the evolution of the industry and the state of supply chains today.
