I was overwhelmed last week with all the crap going on...drifting back, It reminded me of Ray Eliot's speech "The Proper State of Mind" and how against ALL odds--some people have succeeded and moved forward. Here are a few thoughts on how building mental stability in light of yet another school shooting yesterday plus a plethora of national and global problems--can lift us out of this mess.
