She goes on to talk about the myth of Inanna and her own descent into the Underworld that in so many ways parallels that of the Sumerian Goddess, touching on huge topics such as compassion and trust, the importance of holding the shadow parts of ourselves as well as surrendering to the cycles of life, including the many deaths we face in a lifetime.
