Doug Spence is a naval aviator building a multi-state real estate portfolio of cashflowing assets. Doug got his start in investing when he bought his first property in 2016. Since then, Doug has invested in single family and multi-family housing for several years before pivoting into RV Parks.
Doug documents his journey at Honor and Equity, where he teaches other active duty military members how to invest. Doug's passion is in giving back and educating others.
