This week we have 4 battles although they are 4 very short battles. First up, while reconnoitering near Columbia, Union forces surrender to the Rebels at the battle of Thompson's Station in Tennessee on March 5th, 1863. March 13-15 in the battle of Fort Anderson the Union pick up a victory. Confederate's pick up the win in Jelly's Ford on March 17th and the Union answer back with a win at Vaught's Hill on the 20th of March.
