Description

The Cover 3 crew highlights teams on the verge of snapping conference title droughts. First, with Georgia opening up spring practice a spotlight on the Bulldogs' quarterback battle to replace Stetson Bennett IV as QB1 (3:10). Then, taking a look at conference title droughts first focusing on the longest droughts at the power conference level, with programs like Ole Miss last winning a conference championship before 1980. After that it's decade-by-decade with debates on why programs haven't won a championship and who will be the first to snap the drought among teams that last won a conference title in the 1980s (19:17), 1990s (29:45) and 2000s (42:19).
