Roger Hallam was released from jail a few weeks before this interview. He was held on remand for 109 days after being charged with ‘conspiracy to cause a public nuisance’ – simply for giving a speech. He has been part of some of the most influential activist groups of the last few years including Extinction Rebellion and Just Stop Oil. Now he’s out, his message hasn’t changed. According to him, we have less than ten years before our political systems collapse due to hundreds of millions of climate refugees.
