We often hear about resistance training and we can wrap our heads around that, however what about resilience training for such a time as this? Resilience has a lot to do with our carrying capacity and our bounce back factor. It requires examining a few skills; self-awareness, mindfulness, self-care, positive relationships and purpose. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being excellent, 1 being merh...how are you doing in the resilience department?
