Andrew has had two careers – first with the RAF as a helicopter pilot, and secondly in the Real Estate Development world working at Skanska before moving to LCR Property.
 
At LCR he is an executive board member with national P&L responsibility for their development and property portfolio. He has oversight and leadership of 30+ staff to motivate and the delivery of 50+ projects.
 
I sat down with Andrew to discuss a broad range of subjects which covered some of the following topics:
  • How he got into real estate
  • Transferable skills between RAF & Real Estate
  • Development & regenerationStakeholder management
  • Oh and one last question - who are the People, what Property, and in which Place Andrew would invest should he have £500m of equity at his disposal.
